Tom started his career in the petroleum industry managing a rig fleet that provided a wide
range of downhole services related to well completion, stimulation and work overs. He then
joined Baker Hughes in 1990 as an account manager for the Oilfield Chemicals Division. During
his tenure with Baker Hughes, Tom worked his way through the corporate ranks as Field Manager,
District Manager, various Business Units Manager, Country Manager Canada, Vice President of
Marketing Canada, Enterprise Vice President of Water Management and finally serving as
President & Managing Director at Baker Hughes Canada until 2016.
Since departing from Baker Hughes Tom was elected President and CEO of the Petroleum Energy
Services Association of Canada (PSAC) and board member for Drillform Technical Services, Little
Rock Resources Ltd. and Panoptic Automation Services and is the past Chair for the Non-Profit
Women in Need Society of Calgary. He is currently on the Board of Directors for R3mote.io
Tom received his undergraduate degree in management and a master’s of business
administration from Athabasca University.
Senior Vice President / Eastern Hemisphere, Director
Jim Vagher has a total of 40 years oil and gas experience with Halliburton starting as a wireline
engineer in North America and advancing into key Senior Operational positions in Africa,
Asia and Europe before moving into Business Development as Global Account Manager
covering Shell Eastern Hemisphere based In Netherlands and most recently as Senior Business
Development Manager of Southeast Asia and Baku Azerbaijan. Mr. Vagher has extensive
knowledge of the Oil and Gas service industry covering all aspects of running a business from
delivering financial performance, ensuring a safe work environment, development of industry
best employees and a constant drive to improve operational efficiencies to maximize profits.
Mr. Vagher was instrumental in developing winning strategies for major tenders in many
countries throughout Eastern Hemisphere for Major IOC’s, NOC’s and Independents.
Mr. Vagher’s most recent positions were Senior Business Development Manager in Baku,
Azerbaijan and prior to that Senior Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia based
in Bangkok covering 11 Countries. Mr. Vagher is a graduate of Colorado State University
with a BSc, Civil Engineering.

Mr. Loven was Managing Director at The Sandex Group and responsible for the company’s
success related to the structuring, negotiating and completion of large exploration asset
transactions related to upstream assets. Mr. Loven began his career internationally and has
worked in most oil and gas centers throughout North America. Mr. Loven enjoys numerous
strategic relationships throughout the oil and gas industry and has worked on a large number
of exploration opportunities involving major oil and gas entities during his career.
Mr. Loven is currently the CEO of Cote Resources Ltd. a privately held Heavy Oil Company in the
Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. Mr. Loven is the business development of DeltaTOU, and is
developing new opportunities within the geothermal space.

for RocketFrac’s proprietary Clean Solutions. Prior to RocketFrac, he founded two technology
companies C-Sinc Technologies Ltd and Rare Services Ltd.
As Founder and CTO of C-Sinc Technologies Ltd, he has successfully marketed and implemented
a cutting edge steam monitoring technology in SAGD with a partnership with Cenovus.
RARE-Services was acquired Advanced Seismic Service Ltd where Pavan assumed the role of
CTO and successfully commercialized advanced Imaging technology which is now in use through
North America. Pavan has worked in various Technology / Research roles, including 6 years at
Schlumberger’s world renowned Houston research labs focused on new exploration solutions /
Pavan earned his Bachelor of sciences Applied Geophysics, Indian School of Mines (IIT) Dhanbad,
India. He continued his education at the University of Calgary where he earned a Master of Science,
Geophysics followed by a Ph.D. Geophysics, University of Calgary
Director, Mid-East, Africa, Europe
Nikhil Jadhav is a Petroleum Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP)®
with more than 15 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry.
Prior to joining Rocketfrac as Director responsible for Mid-East, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific
regions Mr. Jadhav was employed by Halliburton as a Project and Integration Manager of
Total Absheron Project in Caspian Region. He served as Consulting Partner/Board Member
for Azexcel and Director for Powerbolt.
Mr. Jadhav graduated a Bachelor of Engineering, Petroleum Engineer from MIT, Pune University
India. He immediately then began his career at Baker Hughes as a Completion’s Field Engineer
in 2006, designing and implementing complex completion programs within Asia Pacific,
Middle East and West Africa region. Mr. Jadhav has also served as the Completion Manager
for West Africa and Regional Business Unit Manager Sub Sahara Africa for Weatherford.
Mr. Marr has over 35 years of financial and tax expertise and extensive public company experience. He is acting Chief Financial Officer of RocketFrac and has served as Chief Financial Officer of Touchstone Exploration and several other private and public companies, including oil and gas companies that are or have been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
He earlier was a senior auditor with Peat Marwick and the Government of Canada – Energy Mines and Resources. Mr. Marr is a Chartered Accountant and received his B.Comm. from the University of Alberta.
The Honorable Ronald R. Spoehel
Mr. Spoehel has 40 years of experience in the energy and technology sectors, including serving from 2007 to 2009 as the Presidentially-Appointed and U.S. Senate confirmed Chief Financial Officer of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He has also served as an executive officer in various general management positions and on the Boards of public and private companies in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe. Presently, Mr. Spoehel serves as Managing Partner of Windrock Capital and on the Board of publicly-traded Profire Energy, and he is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Among various companies with worldwide operations, he has served in general management and/or on the Board of ICF Kaiser Engineers, Acer Group, Harris Corporation, Optinel Systems, ManTech, and ICx Technologies. Previously he was in investment banking at Bank of America and Lehman, and in program management at Hughes Aircraft.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Master of Science from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering.
With more than 30 years experience, Darrell is a seasoned Oil and Gas Technologist based in
London, UK. Darrell has served in senior leadership roles in Drilling Contracting, Oilfield Services
and E&P operations.
A consistent theme throughout his career, Darrell developed and onboarded new technologies
and processes to enhance production and efficiencies, initially in underbalanced drilling and
more recently in artificial lift systems. He is currently CEO of Silverwell Technologies, a privately
held Oil and Gas Technology company providing advanced enhanced recovery and artificial lift
systems. Previously, he was Vice President Underbalanced Systems and Global Implementation
Manager for Weatherford International and Director and Vice President Technologies of the
International Association of Drilling Contractors. Additionally, Darrell has served in advisory and
directorship roles, professional societies and charitable organizations.

Mr. Reeve’s career has spanned operations on 5 continents, developing a
wide-ranging acumen in roles from drilling services in the oil fields of western
Canada to large international and multinational enterprise senior management
with Baker Hughes. Co-Owner of Reeve Energy Solutions LLC since 2006, where
he designed and successfully deployed his own production equipment.
Recently,Mr. Reeve has designed, constructed and leased drilling-related
equipment while consulting on high profile exploratory drilling projects in SE Asia.
Currently he is successfully expanding his production chemical business throughout the
U.S. oil and gas marketplace.
Mr. Stone has been a successful private wealth manager for over 25 years, and has served as a Managing Director and Principal of Investment Banking at Register Financial following fifteen-years at Morgan Stanley. Skip holds Bachelors of Arts Degrees in Economics and English Literature cum laude, and received his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University magna cum laude. Skip was politically active on Denison’s campus, serving as class Co-Governor for three years, Chairman of the Judicial Board, and Class Senator. Along with Disney CEO Michael Eisner and US Senator Richard Lugar, Skip served as Co-Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Denison. Upon graduation, Skip worked on the Hill as the Deputy Chief of Staff for US Senator Wyche Fowler.
