Jim Vagher
Interim CEO / Board Director
Jim Vagher has a total of 40 years oil and gas experience with Halliburton starting as a wireline
engineer in North America and advancing into key Senior Operational positions in Africa,
Asia and Europe before moving into Business Development as Global Account Manager
covering Shell Eastern Hemisphere based In Netherlands and most recently as Senior Business
Development Manager of Southeast Asia and Baku Azerbaijan. Mr. Vagher has extensive
knowledge of the oil and gas service industry covering all aspects of running a business from
delivering financial performance, ensuring a safe work environment, development of industry
best employees and a constant drive to improve operational efficiencies to maximize profits.
Mr. Vagher was instrumental in developing winning strategies for major tenders in many
countries throughout the Eastern Hemisphere for major IOC’s, NOC’s and Independents.
Mr. Vagher’s most recent positions were Senior Business Development Manager in Baku,
Azerbaijan and prior to that, Senior Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia while based
in Bangkok and covering eleven countries. Mr. Vagher is a graduate of Colorado State University
with a BSc, Civil Engineering.

Pavan Elapavuluri
Chief Technology Officer
For more than 15 years, Mr. Elapavuluri has developed cutting-edge technologies for energy exploration
and enhanced recovery solutions. Mr. Elapavuluri serves as RocketFrac’s CTO and is primarily responsible
for RocketFrac’s proprietary EcoStim™ technology. Prior to RocketFrac, he founded two technology
companies C-Sinc Technologies Ltd and Rare Services Ltd.
As Founder and CTO of C-Sinc Technologies Ltd, he has successfully marketed and implemented
a cutting edge steam monitoring technology in SAGD in partnership with Cenovus.
RARE-Services was acquired by Advanced Seismic Service Ltd where Pavan assumed the role of
CTO and successfully commercialized advanced Imaging technology which is now in use through
North America. Mr. Elapavuluri has worked in various Technology / Research roles, including 6 years at
Schlumberger’s world renowned Houston research labs focused on new exploration solutions /
techniques.
Mr. Elapavuluri earned his Bachelor of sciences Applied Geophysics, Indian School of Mines (IIT) Dhanbad,
India. He continued his education at the University of Calgary where he earned a Master of Science,
Geophysics followed by a Ph.D. Geophysics, University of Calgary

Steve Colivas
Senior Vice President / Board Director
Steve Colivas, BSc., is a serial entrepreneur with a 30-year proven track record for success with private and public companies.
Mr. Colivas‘ expertise includes business development, corporate structuring, fundraising, and building capable executive teams. Some of Mr. Colivas’ accomplishments include: Founder and President of Extreme Health Clubs for 10 years, growing the chain to 14 locations producing over $100M in annual revenues and employing 1400 staff before selling the comapany to a private equity firm. Mr. Colivas is President of Boston Capital, a commercial real estate company that buys and holds commercial real estate with over $120M in asset transactions, and President of BioAnalytics, a medical service company for the dental industry. He also cofounded Growpacker with a $16M non-brokered capital raise.
Currently Mr. Colivas acts as the Vice President of Business Development for Susglobal Energy (OTCQB:SNRG) and Fusion One, a cleantech company converting plastics into hydrogen.

Nikhil Jadhav
Director, Mid-East, Africa, Europe
Nikhil Jadhav is a Petroleum Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP)®
with more than 15 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to joining Rocketfrac as Director responsible for Mid-East, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific
regions Mr. Jadhav was employed by Halliburton as a Project and Integration Manager of
Total Absheron Project in Caspian Region. He served as Consulting Partner/Board Member
for Azexcel and Director for Powerbolt.
Mr. Jadhav graduated a Bachelor of Engineering, Petroleum Engineer from MIT, Pune University
India. He immediately then began his career at Baker Hughes as a Completion’s Field Engineer
in 2006, designing and implementing complex completion programs within Asia Pacific,
Middle East and West Africa region. Mr. Jadhav has also served as the Completion Manager
for West Africa and Regional Business Unit Manager Sub Sahara Africa for Weatherford.
Board

The Honorable Ronald R. Spoehel
Chairman
Mr. Spoehel has 40 years of experience in the energy and technology sectors, including serving from 2007 to 2009 as the Presidentially-Appointed and U.S. Senate-confirmed Chief Financial Officer of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He has also served as an executive officer in various general management positions and on the Boards of public and private companies in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe. Presently, Mr. Spoehel serves as Managing Partner of Windrock Capital and on the Board of publicly-traded Profire Energy, and he is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Among various companies with worldwide operations, he has served in general management and/or on the Board of ICF Kaiser Engineers, Acer Group, Harris Corporation, Optinel Systems, ManTech, and ICx Technologies. Previously he was in investment banking at Bank of America and Lehman, and in program management at Hughes Aircraft.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Master of Science from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering.

Jack Reeve
Director
Jack Reeve has over 40 years of experience in multiple facets of the global oil and gas industry.
Mr. Reeve’s career has spanned operations on 5 continents, allowing him to develop a
wide-ranging acumen in roles from drilling services in the oil fields of Western
Canada to large international and multinational enterprises in senior management
roles, as with Baker Hughes. He has been co-owner of Reeve Energy Solutions LLC since 2006, where
he designed and successfully deployed his own production equipment.
Recently ,Mr. Reeve has designed, constructed and leased drilling-related
equipment while consulting on high profile exploratory drilling projects in SE Asia.
Currently he is successfully expanding his production chemical business throughout the
U.S. oil and gas marketplace.

Skip Stone
Director
Mr. Stone has been a successful private wealth manager for over 25 years, and has served as a Managing Director and Principal of Investment Banking at Register Financial following fifteen-years at Morgan Stanley. Skip holds Bachelors of Arts Degrees in Economics and English Literature cum laude, and received his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University magna cum laude. Skip was politically active on Denison’s campus, serving as class Co-Governor for three years, Chairman of the Judicial Board, and Class Senator. Along with Disney CEO Michael Eisner and US Senator Richard Lugar, Skip served as Co-Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Denison. Upon graduation, Skip worked on the Hill as the Deputy Chief of Staff for US Senator Wyche Fowler.
